She has completed a MSc in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Westminster(2012 Public Health Nutrition prize for best postgraduate dissertation) and this knowledge in Epidemiology and Research enables her to deliver an evidence based health care.

She coordinated many projects which led to exhibitions, spoken word/ art events, a performance at the Old Vic and the publication of an art/ poetry magazine which is still running today. In addition to being a musician and producer, Cai is a master trainer and personal trainer who’s been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years, training clients and other instructors one-on-one, in spin, HIIT and bootcamp classes. He started his instructing journey as a Beachbody Coach, leading INSANITY (a ferocious bodyweight workout) and PiYo (a Pilates / yoga hybrid) classes, before venturing into personal training with clients looking for anything from building muscle, losing fat, to toning or just keeping active.
