Catherine’s background is in the Fitness Industry. She managed the Barbican Health & Fitness Centre (now Holmes Place) in 1990, before moving into the field of complementary health. She then launched her own company and has been a practicing Massage Therapist, largely in the Corporate world for the last 15 years.

A former computer and electronic science engineer, Véronique tutored for 6 years in a student school for craniosacral therapy in North London, in addition to practising Osteopathy in various high street clinics.
She has completed a MSc in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Westminster(2012 Public Health Nutrition prize for best postgraduate dissertation) and this knowledge in Epidemiology and Research enables her to deliver an evidence based health care.

Member of AOSM, Registered birth and post natal Doula.

Since 1999, her full time work in the field of complementary health is primarily corporate, encompassing both the office environment and hospitality events.
Over the years Laura has built a strong client base and has dedicated twelve years as a volunteer massage therapist to Macmillan Cancer’s support centre at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Simon Clarke is a London based hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, who previously worked in a senior business management position. He thus has considerable insight into assisting others to overcome work-related stress and to build motivation.
He is now a fully qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist working in private practice. Michael has graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, one of the leading colleges in Osteopathy in the world. He has over 20 years of experience, and some of the places he has worked at include “Imperial College Sports Centre”, “Farmacia Urban Healing” at Selfridges and the “Pilates Education Centre” in South Kensington, London. He has been treating people from all backgrounds including professional athletes, dancers from Strictly Come Dancing and principal ballet dancers from both the Royal Ballet and the English National Ballet.

During her 12 years as social care professional, Shelley was an Activity Development Worker, Craft Group Volunteer and Art Teacher.These various roles involved working with clients holistically and delivering quality activities within art, creative writing, filmmaking and photography. She coordinated many projects which led to exhibitions, spoken word/ art events, a performance at the Old Vic and the publication of an art/ poetry magazine which is still running today. Shelley linked in with major galleries and their Education Department at the Tate Modern, V & A, ICA and the Soane’s Museum etc.
After seeing the many benefits of complementary therapy upon Social Care clients and staff, Shelley was inspired to become a professional Massage Therapist, with a special interest in the mind-body connection, especially in regards to the impact of anxiety and stress on the body. She also holds extra diplomas in deep tissue, myofascial release, Japanese facial rejuvenation, Thai Yoga Massage and pregnancy massage. Natalia is a fully qualified Pilates teacher, having received her certification from the Pilates Foundation in 2006.
Her specialist areas are in ballet and Modern dance, and she has performed and taught in both disciplines. The strain placed upon the body by her dance career had encouraged her to take a keen interest in activities and techniques that can help in both the prevention of and recovery from injury. Her classes place a particular emphasis on flow, breathing, stretching, body control and precision to achieve a strong core and a better posture and sense of wellbeing as a result.

Charlie has additional training in advanced spinal manipulation and the analysis and treatment of sports injuries.
Charlie is also a qualified fitness instructor and uses this, alongside biomechanical assessment techniques to devise tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs for patients.
Charlie also works in a multi-disciplinary practice and a GP practice where his referred patients are not responding to standard health care.

Tom has several years of experience including a senior Personal Trainer position in a 5-star international hotel. He can work closely with people of all fitness levels, from those who have never stepped into a gym, to professional athletes.
He has trained clients for marathons, ultra marathons, Iron Man Triathlon, the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, and has worked with a professional rugby team.
He specialises and can assist clients in training for:
-Events orientated goals, e.g. a wedding,
-Sports nutrition advice.

In addition to being a musician and producer, Cai is a master trainer and personal trainer who’s been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years, training clients and other instructors one-on-one, in spin, HIIT and bootcamp classes. He started his instructing journey as a Beachbody Coach, leading INSANITY (a ferocious bodyweight workout) and PiYo (a Pilates / yoga hybrid) classes, before venturing into personal training with clients looking for anything from building muscle, losing fat, to toning or just keeping active. Cai now trains clients and instructors all over London, sharing their passions in reaching their short and long term goals. He can teach One to One , HITT, Core, Boot Camp, etc…

Cai is also a professional magician; pre-COVID, his mixture of close-up magic and mentalism would feature at parties, corporate events and festivals, and in the last year has expanded to online platforms. Alongside performing, Cai also teaches magic, running weekly magic clubs in schools as well as giving short instructional classes online, to children aged 8 and up as well as to adults.
