She then launched her own company and has been a practicing Massage Therapist, largely in the Corporate world for the last 15 years.

A former computer and electronic science engineer, Véronique tutored for 8 years in a student school for craniosacral therapy in North London, in addition to practising Osteopathy in various high street clinics.

She has completed a MSc in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Westminster(2012 Public Health Nutrition prize for best postgraduate dissertation) and this knowledge in Epidemiology and Research enables her to deliver an evidence based health care.

Laura Hayward

Laura has been working full time since 2000 in the field of complementary health.

Over the years Laura has built a strong client base through clinics, beauty salons and yoga centres. Also dedicating twelve years as a volunteer massage therapist to MacMillan’s Cancer support centre at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Simon Clarke is a London based hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, who previously worked in a senior business management position. He thus has considerable insight into assisting others to overcome work-related stress and to build motivation.
He is now a fully qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist working in private practice. He trained with, and gained a Diploma from the National College of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists, is a registered member of the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists, and is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
Simon is also a member of the European Association for Psychotherapy, The Register of Approved Gastrointestinal Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists, and has a certificate in NLP Psychotherapy.

Rob is a programme leader for the professional practice programme and a dissertation supervisor at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine..

Michael Nicolaou

Michael has graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, one of the leading colleges in Osteopathy in the world. He has over 16 years of experience, and some of the places he has worked at include “Imperial College Sports Centre”, “Farmacia Urban Healing” at Selfridges and the “Pilates Education Centre” in South Kensington, London. He has been treating people from all backgrounds including professional athletes, dancers from Strictly Come Dancing and principal ballet dancers from both the Royal Ballet and the English National Ballet.

It was during the last year of her dance training that Meritxell discovered Pilates,and decided to train as a Pilates teacher, with Alison Swan co-founder of Pilates Foundation.
The wealth of knowledge and discipline involved in Ballet enhances her work as a Pilates teacher with a deepened awareness of movement, posture, injuries, etc…

She currently teaches Ballet and Pilates across London. She also teaches Pilates for rehabilitation of patients with back injuries, in a physiotherapy practice.

Natalia is a fully qualified Pilates teacher, having received her certification from the Pilates Foundation in 2006.

Her specialist areas are in ballet and Modern dance, and she has performed and taught in both disciplines. The strain placed upon the body by her dance career had encouraged her to take a keen interest in activities and techniques that can help in both the prevention of and recovery from injury. Her classes place a particular emphasis on flow, breathing, stretching, body control and precision to achieve a strong core and a better posture and sense of wellbeing as a result.

Charlie H. Jones

Charlie has additional training in advanced spinal manipulation and the analysis and treatment of sports injuries.

Charlie is also a qualified fitness instructor and uses this, alongside biomechanical assessment techniques to devise tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs for patients.

Charlie also works in a multi-disciplinary practice and a GP practice where his referred patients are not responding to standard health care.

Tom Cheeseman

Tom has several years of experience including a senior Personal Trainer position in a 5-star international hotel. He can work closely with people of all fitness levels, from those who have never stepped into a gym, to professional athletes.

He has trained clients for marathons, ultra marathons, Iron Man Triathlon, the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, and has worked with a professional rugby team.

Daisy Rusby

Daisy grew up as a dancer, and played many team sports before moving to London to further her career in acting and train as a dancer with the Royal Academy of Dance. Her passion for Personal Training then took over. Her services are about teaching, guiding, supporting and pushing students in the direction they want to go.

She also teaches in London city in several gyms.
